  • Avoiding service is common. We make multiple attempts at different times of day, including evenings and weekends when necessary. If the individual continues to evade service, we can provide detailed documentation of our attempts so the court may allow alternative service methods.

  • Yes. We understand that legal matters don’t always happen during regular business hours. Service attempts can be made on weekends and holidays when necessary, depending on location and scheduling. Please contact us in advance to arrange weekend or holiday service.

  • Yes. We handle documents originating outside Pennsylvania, ensuring service is completed in compliance with the laws of the state where the documents were issued. All completed services include a signed and notarized Affidavit of Service, or we can use your law firm’s own affidavit if preferred.

  • Yes. Upon completion of service, we can provide a signed and notarized Affidavit of Service detailing the date, time, location, and method of service. If your office prefers to use its own affidavit form, you are welcome to provide it and we will complete and notarize it accordingly.
